    Investment in the latest technology is ongoing. Current plant includes a 2kw laser, high speed hydraulic turret press and 7 axis press brake. A close relationship with sub contractors ensures electroplating, anodising, powdercoating and screen printing suppliers work as part of the Street Furniture team to our exacting standards. Quality is monitored through every stage, from the first specifications to final product. This is reflected in the ISO 9001 accreditation the company has.


    Design
    The finished product is only as good as the first specifications and design. Sophisticated computer hardware and CAD/CAM software allows 3D modelling, free shape nesting and full e-mail capability. Email enables customers to communicate drawings, specifications and enquiries directly to the Fryco design office in any one of a number of formats. Linking design and production offices with the shop floor and clients' office ensures utmost accuracy and cost efficiency through every stage of development and production.


    Growth
    Fryco has been supplying precision sheet metal products since 1978. Since the present management took over in 1993, the company has grown from a staff of 8 to more than 50. Capital and plant investment has also grown.

      Laser
      2Kw high powered machine used for precision cutting of all material to an accuracy of 0.1mm
      Turret Punch
      High speed hydraulic machine with 20 tonne capacity for accurate punching of sheet metal. Maximum thickness of 3mm stainless steel
      Press Brake
      C.N.C Controlled 7 Axis with off centre bending using precision ground tooling for consistent, accurate folding with no variation in bend angle.
      Automatic insert press
      For rapid placement of fasteners including mounting studs, threaded inserts and stand offs.
